What Are The Benefits of Mediation ?
The first thing that happens in Mediation is talking about the dispute. More often than not this goes a long way to resolving the situation. If communication has broken down, Mediation can help to get people talking again and listening to what their neighbour has to say. Getting involved in Mediation shows that you are attempting to resolve matters before they become even more difficult. MKCMS is a community-based organisation which works with any resident of Milton Keynes who is in dispute with their neighbours. We are an Independent organisation. Our service is free for Community Mediation issues within the Milton Keynes area. At all times we operate in an Impartial and Confidential manner. In 2007 we have been awarded the Legal Services Commission Mediation Quality Mark after an extensive audit of our organisation and its procedures.
